Customer service was very prompt and helpful, collar has been very useful, the gps is surprisingly accurate and it has been a great aid in keeping track of our dogs here on the farm, the ability to set boundaries within boundaries is great and has made it to where we can let them roam the entire 100 acres while still keeping them away from the pond and livestock

My pup is on the smaller side. So I had to change how our collar goes on her. We lost a screw and I was so afraid we would have a useless collar. But they sent me a new screw completely free. Great support

IS *ZERO* STARS AN OPTION??? I have ONE Dog. Most of these collars allow multiple collars or dogs on ONE plan (The Satellai plan in $10 a month). The Satellai is not a bad product, however there is a one-to-one plan with each collar. Than means, in addition to EXTRA $500 collars, you have to buy EXTRA plans at $10 each. $120 a Year Per Dog. Remember, each collar needs to be chargedOFF THE DOG (with their special proprietary cable BTW) so when the collar is charging, I guess your dog is running in the street, or at least shitting in the house. I called the (I don't give a shit) Satellai support, and they said "tough luck". I then arranged to return my order and I have to wait for "approval" then I PAY the shipping. Amazon, this is not. **** UPDATE **** Thisall started this morning I ordered an extra collar so I would have one while the other was charging. (I had just received my initial order) IMMEDIATELY after I ordered it I realized that I had to buy TWO PLANS for my ONE DOG. I immediately called your support and told her to cancel my order. She had me wait on the phone about five minutes and came back and TOLD ME MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. She then told me I would "soon receive an email". I NEVER DID. I just checked on my order and it says that it has been SHIPPED. Not only are their support people incompetent, but her attitude was "I don't give a damn" re my problem. I also asked her to send me and RMA number for my original order because I need a 24/7 solution for my dog. Now I have to pay to return the stuff that THEY TOLD ME THEY CANCELLED. NOTE: After doing some research, I have determined that EVERY REVIEW of STELLAI on YouTube is a PAID Product Placement. There is no way that any legit reviewer would not mention that you MUST PAY $120 a year PER DOG *and* $500 for every collar.

Response from SATELLAI· Nov 22, 2025
Hi Lance, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’d like to clarify a few points so other customers can also understand the full context: 1. About one plan per collar The one-plan-per-collar requirement is clearly stated on our subscription page, and this is standard across GPS tracker products in the market. 2. Using two collars for one dog For your specific situation (one dog, two collars used alternately), our subscription does allow multiple collars to be switched under the same plan. This ensures your dog always has an active collar even while the other one is charging. 3. Order cancellation & after-sales support You placed two orders in total — your first order was already in use with positive initial feedback and included a 2-year plan. The second order was for an additional collar. Although our existing features already support your intended setup (switching multiple collars under the same plan for one dog), we still respected your request and have canceled the unshipped order and processed the return for your first order in accordance with our 90-day worry-free return policy. 4. Regarding YouTube reviews We encourage honest and transparent reviews. Like many tech products, there are both sponsored and unsponsored videos online, and occasionally even competitive content. What we focus on is providing clear product information, transparent pricing, and real support to every customer. We take customer feedback seriously and always aim to provide solutions and clarity. We hope this helps others understand the situation more accurately, and we remain available if you need further assistance.
Been using the collar for a few weeks now and love it

We got our collar on 10/23. We didn’t have it but MAYBE 2 weeks and the collar ripped in half. We have it rigged to stay together. The screws holding it together keep falling off. We spent half a morning looking for the collar because the screws came undone and the collar fell off. The app doesn’t always work either. Half the time we use it, there’s either connection or Bluetooth issues. The collar also has a mind of its own. It will randomly whistle and shock my dog repeatedly. The last time it happened, it whistled at and shocked my dog EIGHT times before I was able to get to him and get it off and another 4 times before we could get the collar turned off (which can only be done in the app). The times it works is great but, not worth it for when it doesn’t.

This collar is a real game changer. We bought a new house in the woods and didn’t want to fence the property off so we bought these. Our dogs are secured and safe with no ugly fence! We even lost a part and reached out to them and they are sending the new part FREE!

Excellent customer service, addressed questions immediately and provided assistance in setting up the GPS around my 100 acre property. My dog hasn’t left my property since getting the collar back in July. I would strongly recommend this device for your pets.
