I’ve been fortunate for Sandra to work with me for 3 years! As an older woman she has transformed my whole being. I’m in the best health ever with labs and Dr visits as proof. Sandra has encouraged/ corrected and enabled me to realize that I can do so much more than I ever thought. She has and continues to teach me how to eat. Sandra is quite simply AMAZING!

Sandra went above and beyond to help my son and I reach our fitness and health goals. We were not active individuals and needed to make big changes. Her steady support, patience, understanding, strength and confidence in our ability to make improvements resulted in positive changes for us both. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking to improve both physical and mental health. She has a fabulously rare, optimistic and faith filled attitude that is sure to help you achieve your goals.

Doesn’t get any better than her! Guaranteed results due to her years of experience, and a more positive outlook on life to go along with it. I lost 65lbs in 8 mths and had more muscle mass than I ever had playing sports. She is the real deal.

I had the opportunity to train with Sandra for nearly 11 years. Each session was different than the one before which kept me focused and motivated. I enjoyed our one-on-one sessions rather than the small group sessions. Sandra is knowledgeable, challenging, personable and enjoyable to work with.
