Hi Charles, Thank you! that is exactly what we’re aiming for! We know the world of NFTs can sometimes feel a bit complicated, so we're thrilled to hear your experience was a breeze. Thanks for the support, and enjoy your new NFT!
I guess I’m used to putting in my CC# and 3 digit code, when ordering online. So when I had to go thru several steps to identify myself, I was taken back. But I understand the rationale: protecting my identity, but it just felt phishy, but once my transaction went through, I was relieved. Now, I know what to expect going forward.

Hi Chase, Thank you, we completely understand your concern. In today’s digital world, being skeptical of requests for an ID or facial recognition isn't just understandable, it’s smart. We actually appreciate customers who take their data security seriously. To provide some clarity, we partner with BYTE for payment processing to ensure every transaction is secure. The steps you encountered are part of a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) protocol. Because NFTs are high-value digital assets, these measures are required to prevent identity theft and credit card fraud, ensuring that the person making the purchase is truly the authorized owner. While these security layers can feel like a hurdle, they are in place to protect your funds and your digital assets. We are thrilled to see that your purchase was successful and that your NFT arrived safely! Thank you for your patience and for being part of our community. If you ever have questions about our security standards in the future, please reach out to us directly at [email protected].
