Yikes
Bad email customer service. Still haven't received my 2prs of shoes. Can't return them either even though I found other colors and the same pair at a cheaper price. And they would've gotten here sooner! Whomever is their foreign email communications coordinator, needs help.

Thank you for your feedback, Nena. We want to provide full transparency for anyone reading this. Your two orders (#SX1039 & #SX1041) were fulfilled and dispatched promptly. Here are your active tracking numbers: #SX1039 → Tracking: CJPAAN6060602099YQ #SX1041 → Tracking: YT2615800700935766 Both can be tracked at cjpacket.com. Your return requests were declined because the stated reason was finding a similar product at a lower price on another platform — which falls outside our return policy, as with most retailers worldwide. We communicated our policy clearly, responded to every message professionally, and provided tracking details at every step. Delivery is currently in progress. We're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations, and we genuinely hope you enjoy the shoes when they arrive. We remain available at [email protected] should you need assistance upon delivery. Sarah Express Team
