I purchased and received a square bit. I tried to use it on my drill press and it did not work. It probably need an additional part not shown on Sanrico web site. They never answered my numerous e-mail request for customer support except with automatic answer stating they will come back to me in one business day. I see on the internet others had the same experience with that square bit. How hard would it be to show a picture on the web site? or answering request for support? Not worth the Hassle to deal with SANRICO

Today, Customer service stepped up and went beyond my expectations, and made good on this purchase. All I can say at this point my hope is all issues are handled in a quicker manner. Good job and thank you to James in customer Service On January 14th I purchased a set (5) of "Ultimate Drill Bits " that advertised they can drill through any materials. The have video showing the drill bits being used on wood, steel and masonry. I finally received the drill bit set January 28th. I put them to use on the morning of Saturday, January 30th. All five bits failed to drill one hole through 2" thick bluestone a masonry product. I took pictures and sent an email on that same morning @ 11:18. I received a automatic response they will review and give me an answer in 1-day. Because of no response after many more send emails every day to Sanrico I looked up Sanrico on 02-06-2021 reviews on Trustpilot website and only found two reviews 1- negative and 1-positive. At that point I sent an email to Trustpilot asking them to look into Sanrico website is showing a 5-star, and 4.8 review rating from Trustpilot. I also CC Sanrico to let them know I reported them and I wasn't going away. Because I copied Sanrico on my email to Trustpilot I finally received a response... Thank you for reaching out to us :) Please accept our apologies for the delay in replying. ​We are sorry to hear about this matter. We have contacted our supplier and will be happy to refund your money. However, before we send your money, we kindly ask you to delete or modify your comment on trustpilot (4 or 5 stars). Thank you very much. Best regards, Your SANRICO Customer Service Team" Basically the are holding my money unless I change my rating to 4 or 5 stars which is completely FALSE! in this case. The bottom line is my set of bits are junk and failed to do what was advertised. Sanrico customer service is rally CUSTOMER SERVE US! Add to that the also advertise 14 Day money-Back Guarantee.

Nice color, Sharp as heck. No drift on glass vase for drain holes. Looking forward to drilling my boat mast & boom this season. All in all, I trust these bits to do what they say will do. GOOD JOB!! Kevin

Got the square drill bits and a router bit. I was nervous ordering because there was only one review I could find on here and it was a complaint. Thats why I am posting this one. I received all the items I ordered. They were as described. I am happy with the products. Inquired with customer service and they did respond within 24 hours. Legit.

My initial experience resulted in two orders, instead of one. After following up with the company - in what turned out to be a period of internal change - they eventually responded and the issue was addressed. Anyone can make a mistake, but it's in the acceptance and resolution of that that shows a good customer experience, and we must give credit where credit is due.
