I ordered a personalized cup for a friend on December 22nd, she received the item on January 12th and loved it at 1st sight. Talked of the compartment of the lid to cool her coffee. Tracking wasn't ideal. Thank you Saniede shop.

Although this is not your fault, my package was misdelivered, and I never received the item. You must have insurance with the carrier and can receive a refund. However, I am still without a product or a refund. I have written several emails with no satisfaction. I just want the item replaced or a refund. Thank you.

This company is nothing but a scam. I ordered a mug 2 months ago and have still not received it. I emailed the company at least a dozen times and they never respond! Do not buy from here!!!

I was happy with my purchase! However; it took much longer than I expected and was not here in time to gift to my friend. When i did see her again about a month after we had planned, she Was really appreciative and is using it now. I have re-ordered but Again not going to expect it too soon.
