I have been a SaneBox subscriber for a couple years and have found it to be an excellent application that has saved me quite a bit of time and helped me organize my life. I use SaneBox with two email sources and both are treated equally and analyzed the same. Once in the last year I switched one of the email sources to a new email client and the transition was seamless. I feel I'm just scratching the surface on how I can use this application to help me. Yesterday I dialed in to a webinar between SaneBox and TextExpander. I have also used TextExpander for a number of years and I was blown away by how these two applications can work together with email to save me time. I was introduced to SaneBox through a couple respected podcasts and I'm very happy I first tried it out and then became a subscriber. I recommend anyone who wants to control their life and productivity and not let the constant stream of email take control, try out SaneBox. Thanks, Bob W.

The 'training' of the 300 messages that pour into my inbox could be possible. That's fine. However, there is no way to accurately delete spam or junk mail...even the ones with the same subject line.... SaneBox sorts the messages.... I can do that myself with rules... I ran into difficulty trying to uninstall the program...I've been working on getting it off of my computer for three days now....It may live there forever... The Sanbox people don't seem to know how to remove it either.... It's been..... a terrible experience...with Sanebox not offering any assistance at all...they have sent instructions that don't work and virtually no tech support outside of those links.... I can't get the program out of my Outlook... Don't put this program on your computer unless you want to see it forever....

Short review: Before SaneBox, my email inboxes were a mess and I would have to spend precious time deleting or moving emails to get to the email that mattered. Now my inboxes are clean and only contain important emails that I need to deal with, yet all of those other emails are filed away where I can still get to them when and if I need to. All of this is completely automatic with nearly zero work on my part! It has saved me countless hours over the course of time, and I am less stressed when I look at email. That alone is worth my subscription fee, which itself is very reasonable. Longer review: I am a very busy sales professional, but home life is pretty crazy too with 5 kids and I also coach soccer. Before I started using SaneBox my email inboxes were inundated with junk newsletters, advertisements, and just useless emails. I have many accounts, and two that are primary accounts (one for personal and one for work). I had used Unrollme to try and clear out most of the clutter, but Unrollme requires you to sift through senders and pick and choose what you want to remove. You have to do this manual process regularly if you truly want to keep things clean. Then I heard about SaneBox and used the free trial and realized that SaneBox handles all of this in an automated fashion!! No more manually picking and choosing which senders matter. If it puts something in your SaneLater, or other SaneFolders, and you want that to come to your inbox instead, simply move it to your inbox and you just trained SaneBox to put it in your inbox in the future. The same applies in the reverse! I use many of SaneBox's folders so News gets sorted differently from Bulk. This means my inbox almost always only contains emails that I have to address in an ASAP manner. My SaneLater folder contains stuff I don't need to worry about until I have more time, and then the SaneNews folder gets looked at when I have some free time. The SaneBulk folder is generally stuff I can delete, but allows me to dig into something if it looks interesting. Now my inboxes are focused because they only contain what I need to deal with. This has saved me countless hours and has kept my inbox clean so I can stay focused on what matters.

A year or so ago, before I discovered Sanebox, my Inbox was rather unmanageable. I receive some 150 messages per day, and most of them I do want to receive, though of course I pick and choose which to read and which to act on. Before SaneBox, it was very time-consuming to pick out the ones I was most interested in, and sometimes it was excruciatingly time-consuming to relocate an interesting message that I'd received hours, days, or weeks earlier. I felt I was living in a welter of confusion and incompetence. Because of SaneBox, I feel much more in control of my life. Although I'm currently living with extreme financial challenges (for example, to save money I don't heat my home, and instead I use military-grade cold-weather clothing and sleeping bags!), I so value SaneBox that I've never considered discontinuing it to save the monthly charge. I expect that as time goes on SaneBox will be important in helping me rise above financial difficulty. I wouldn't know how to say how much time and money SaneBox saves me, but I'm sure it's considerable. One hour per day? Hundreds or thousands of dollars per year? What I do notice is that my previous feelings of frustration and feelings of being overwhelmed by my Inbox have disappeared. SaneBox is very aptly named: it has created a great deal of sanity in my life. Today I had occasion to email someone at SaneBox to ask for assistance. He telephoned me immediately upon receiving my request, and I enjoyed the ensuing conversation with a very intelligent and clearthinking person. I asked whether there was a way I could repay the favor by somehow helping him, and he suggested I might give a review of my experience with SaneBox; I'm happy to have been able to do so.

Having tried Sanebox for a week (coming from Google Inbox, which sadly doesn't work with my corporate email), I am now fully won over. It saves me a ton of time wading through non-urgent or trivial emails, and focus on what really needs my attention. Reminders, Black-Hole insta-unsubscribe and SaneTomorrow features are a blessing. Working for a non-profit, the team was also kind enough to provide me with a discount. Highly recommended.

I've been using SaneBox for about a year now. I have email from three different accounts, one mine and two from my children, sent to my primary email address. Online purchases and signing up for various websites mean I also receive a lot of spam, newsletters and ads which were clogging up my inbox. SaneBox allows me to easily and efficiently get organized and keep the important email where I need it and to ignore the rest. No more missing obscure but important email that would have gotten lost in all the junk. I wanted to use it at work too but unfortunately our IT department wouldn't allow it.

I used to get a hundred of emails every day...and I even had a spam filter. It took me a couple hours to wade thru them. Now it might take me 10 minutes. It learns immediately where to put your non-important but "still want to keep files" (in Sanelater). For me it has been invaluable.
