Bought a 24TB hard drive for over £2.5k (G-SPEED SHUTTLEXL). Drive no longer switches on. Contact via chatbot; response: "Sorry, an error occurred. One moment, please, while I put you through to someone who can help." And that's it. No help. No support. No humans. Just take the money for a crap product and run. I've lost years of work. Please avoid this company and their products at all costs.

SanDisk Extreme Pro issue in Turkey – Read before buying I live in Turkey and purchased a SanDisk Extreme Pro 512GB microSD card. The moment I took the card out of its package and inserted it into my Insta360 X5 action camera for the very first time, it failed. The card was never used, never formatted, and not a single recording was made. I contacted SanDisk support and clearly explained that the product carries a 10-year warranty and that it failed on first insertion without ever working. I shared photos and the serial number. The response I received can be summarized as follows: “We do not provide warranty replacement service in Turkey. We also cannot ship products to Turkey. If you were outside of Turkey, a one-time replacement could be possible. Please contact your local distributor in Turkey.” Following their advice, I contacted Arena, the official distributor in Turkey. Arena stated that they could proceed with the replacement only if SanDisk sent an approval email. When I relayed this back to SanDisk, they then: Refused to approve the replacement Classified the product as physical damage and closed the case entirely The contradiction is very clear: If I had an address outside of Turkey, a “one-time exception” replacement was possible When attempting a solution through the official distributor in Turkey, the same product was suddenly rejected as physical damage In other words, SanDisk applies different standards depending on the country. SanDisk markets a 10-year warranty in Turkey, yet in practice provides no real warranty support. As a result: I am left with a card that I could not use even once I am forced to throw away a product for which I haven’t even paid the first installment yet I have been actively involved in snowboarding and diving for over 10 years, and I have used many brands of action cameras and microSD cards. I have never experienced this level of inconsistency and lack of support with any other brand. Anyone considering buying this product should think twice. As a customer, I found their support response unprofessional and irresponsible. Being left without any meaningful help in this situation is extremely frustrating, especially for a high-value item that should have required a signature or secure delivery. I’ve never had to dispute a charge with my credit card before, but I’m now forced to move forward with my bank to get a refund.

Do not buy. Was bought as a gift and failed within 3 months. Could not format it at all. Tried everything on Sandisk web site and nothing worked. Sent faulty item to Sandisk Uk with a letter and all information but all they did was send everything back to me and yes item was not fixed or replaced. Then sent we a feed back form for there rubbish do nothing service. Don’t buy Sandisk but do buy Samsung instead.

Dieser USB-Stick ist eine Schande für den Markt. Absoluter Schrott.

Externe Festplatte wird nicht erkannt. Support ist unterirdisch, es gibt nämlich keinen. Eine angegebene Telefonnummer wird nicht bedient, es läutet einfach munter vor sich in. Kurzum, Problem lässt sich nicht lösen. Zudem ist eine Retoure nicht möglich, weil Bestellnummer nicht vom System erkannt wird. Nie wieder!
