SandiskReviews of sandisk.com

I bought this device hoping to tranfer all my photos on it. Did everything right but the device apperently is faulty because none of my computers recognize it, I tried several times, different computers. It doesn't show up. Unpleasant to throw money away but it seems there is nothing you can buy that works. Everybody sells garbage

I placed an order for a flash drive around July 17, 2026. UPS was scheduled to deliver it to me on July 22. Lo and behold, package was delayed and lost. It has been a month and they finally got back to me saying they finally have cause to refund the total. I originally asked for a refund back at the end of July. And at that time they gave me some BS response saying they needed to open a case with UPS. They finally got back to me today saying here’s the refund. And is refusing to send a replacement instead. Worst customer service ever and I’ve dealt with other companies who immediately took responsibility and without hesitation offer me a full order or they immediately send a replacement. San disk doesn’t care about the customers. They just want to waste their time

Fall #: 10658178 | Reference #: 260810-001179 Garantieersatz (RMA) RX3484223 fuer Produkt SDSSDE61-8T00-G25.

Over the years I have bought a good number of these drives for two PCs. They had a good balance of performance and a 5-year warranty. Back before the AI-caused RAM price crash you could get a 4tB version for £219 currently ~£500. Sandisk have taken over the WD drives division. In the past I had always found WD support to be good. I contacted Sandisk support by phone and they went through various checks most of which I had completed before calling them, to save time. I put in the RMA request. Within a week I had an RMA raised and the drive was picked up. Obviously I would have preferred a speedier response. Fortunately I was in the position that this was not my system drive. I was able to mount my local Acronis True Image backup and access any files I needed from there. I knew that the drive was being replaced when I received a UPS delivery notification. Of course I had received no further direct communication from Sandisk. A month later and the status of the request is still showing as processing. I received a brand new replacement NVMe drive which is in place and working as expected. Total turnaround time was 3 weeks.

Very disappointing experience with SanDisk Store – order not delivered, no refund, poor support I ordered a product from the official SanDisk Store, but the order was never delivered to me. I contacted customer support several times, explained the situation, and provided all necessary information, but instead of solving the problem, they keep delaying the process. The biggest disappointment is that SanDisk has not refunded my money and does not provide a clear solution or timeline. A customer should not have to wait weeks for a refund for an item that was never received. I expected much better service from such a well-known brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I hope SanDisk will finally take responsibility, investigate the issue properly, and return my payment.I cannot recommend buying directly from the SanDisk Store if you expect reliable delivery and customer support
