I saw an advertisement for Greek Island cruises that caught my interest and left my contact information. Within 24 hours, Erin with Sanderson Yachting contacted me to see what I was looking for in the way of cruising. She provided me with background information and options for the area as well as several choices of catamaran’s. The booking was straightforward, contract/payment easy and all about a year ahead of time. Sanderson subsequently followed up with me several times, sent a timely reminder for final payment, sent a provisions form, set up the pre-sail call with the captain of our catamaran and prior to sailing, forwarded valuable information based on client experiences. While on the cruise, Erin followed up to make sure all was going well, we were having a wonderful time and that our expectations were being met. I cannot say enough good things of how this trip was handled - great communication, professional staff and just an overall high level of service. I also can’t thank her enough for putting us in contact with the catamaran and crew for a trip of a lifetime!
