This is a new insurance platform for our company. My doctor & hospital are not part of the network and Sana wants me to “invite” them to participate. Very confusing concept therefore no confidence in the actual “coverage”.

So easy to schedule virtual visit. I'd never done that before and it couldn't have gone better. Got an urgent appointment, the doctor was knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable.

the rep I spoke to was very kind. The problem is that one of the medications I am currently prescribed is not formulated. 1st - Nurtec - I have already tried to alternatives and neither of them work for me. Nurtec is the only one that has any affect on my migraines and that is when I take it every day, but, since it is not formulated, I will just have to "deal" with my atypical migraines thanks for nothing.
