I have been having a good experience with Sana making sure my doctors join the network.

Sana has done an excellent job contacting my doctors and getting on their billing list. They even update my insurance card with the doctor!

They didn't do or fallow through with what they said they would do.

Insurance card is a flimsy piece of paper. Hospital declined my insurance to have a baby. You have to do all the work and calling yourself when trying to find anyone to accept this insurance because no one has ever heard of it. Absolutely ROTTEN.

So helpful and easy to work with

Thought it was too good to be true! It lives up to everything described on their site!!
