Today my sofa was delivered by two wonderful men.Who aren't to deliver up stairs.Although they were wonderful enough to bring the sofa to the third floor.I can't be more grateful . Thank you so much

We have two Salvation Army’s one in San Bernardino, Ca one in Redlands, Ca. I can see why the difference in experience in reviewing. The one in Redlands, Ca is the total opposite of the one in San Bernardino. In Redlands they offer no assistance and won’t take your donation unless things are in boxes. Not friendly. In San Bernardino it’s the complete opposite they come say good morning they help unload thank you for your donation. Now to be fair I haven’t donated to the Redlands SA, for almost 4 yrs I can only hope it’s different but have never had the desire to go back. I’m beyond happy with how I’m treated at the SA San Bernardino .

My daughter and I shopped at the Salvation Army at 16119 Brookhurst St, Fountain Valley, CA on 1/24/26. We got many good items and clothes. Mr. Charles is an employees there, he is friendly and kind. He goes around the store and help customers to the right aisle. He is very enthusiastic and has a big smile when he help us and others. Thanks Mr. Charles ! Hope to see you again when we return there.

This place had always helped my mother when in need and has helped me when needed. Everybody should give to the Salvation Army.
