They promised to recover the data, and did it in a timely manor. The process was easy enough and, fast and meet the set expectations. Pricing could have been better, but I still appreciate the discount.

It's a really strange thing when you backup drive is the one that fails..Anyway I was referred to salvagedata by western digital after my external passport hard drive failed. Glad they were able to successfully recover all the file and documents I needed as I couldn't imagine what I would do without those photos. Special thanks to Jennifer who handled everything.

A bit costly... but they got the job done. I lost the hard drive on my laptop which had crucial project data and several hundred irreplaceable records. Not only did they recover these, but they pulled all the other data on the drive in three short days.

Called a few places all over the place after which I realized the pricing seemed about the same between most of these places. Anyway, these guys were were local and willing to give a discount and a free replacement hard drive so it worked out quite well in my case. William was very timely for returning my calls and answering my questions so I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Unfortunately my hard drive failed and had to get the data recovered. Anyone who's been through this will tell you it's not a pleasant experience. Great experience, but I'll be sure to remember to backup going forward.
