Saltwaterfish.comReviews of saltwaterfish.com

I did not receive the exact coral that I ordered from Saltwaterfish.com. I ordered 2 pack acro coral one was mounted on a rock and one was mounted on a plug. They sent both mounted on plugs, wysiwyg ??????

Ordering process and shipping was all right on schedule. When the fish arrived one of them was dead which was quickly refunded. It would be nice if there was some sort of shipping credit as the fish that died was to go along with another one I purchased. I don't want to now turn around and pay full shipping for 1 fish.

prices use to be much lower as they gotten more popular prices increased it seems however reliable and fast shipper

They must measure their livestock in centimeters because my ordered fish were All undersized.

I understand that there can be unforeseen issues when shipping things. The flight that was suppose to bring my fish had mechanical problems, ok. I get it but they didn't bother let me know until I called them. Then they emailed me. Well, I had been checking my email all day, even after I walked into FedEx. I have to drive 30 miles one way to get to the FedEx building so that was kind of frustrating. I am sure they knew Monday night that the package was not going any where.

We tried to call your company,,, left message...no response
