Great fish selection and prices

Over the years i have had some bad experiences,but thingare getting better lately.

Easy to order and always work with me if I lose a fish. Saltwatefish has good quality fish.

My first live fish purchase was two Ribbion eels, one Blue and one black. Unfortunately only the blue eel arrived alive , the black eel was very small no more than 8 “ ling and was dead on arrival. The blue eel was quite large and beautiful very healthy and acclimated very well. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to this delivery and owning these beautiful eels. saltwater fish did credit me back for the black eel but honestly I would have preferred a replacement.

Easy transaction, packaging could have been better due to cold weather. I had a DOA fish. Their guarantee kicked in for a refund.

I made a recent purchase and I am Happy as usual. All my fish arrived in great shape and had minimal stress. The POM POM coral I ordered was twice the size I thought it would be and I was actually able to slit the rock into 3 different frangs. All the size of what I originally ordered. I would always recommend Saltwater.com to anyone. Also if you have any questions their customer support chat is excellent. ALWAYS HAPPY.

I am giving them a 4 because I've had some trouble with the shipping n stress on the fish. The customer service has been wonderful Mary N Chrissy are great. I had a few fish fish problems but they handled the situation for me well n reshipped me a new fish. I say they are a great company n do care about their customers n will keep doing business with them in the future. Deffinelty recommend my situation could happen to anyone so great company.
