Always have good experience with Saltwater fish.com They ship fish fast and will guarantee the livestock for 15 days. The survival rate so far is 66%. I will give 5 stars when my next order has 100 % survival rate.

Saltwaterfish.com is my go to for my saltwater fish. I've tried lots of online fish stores and this is my favorite.

If you know what your doing when it comes to saltwater and take into consideration the weather that your pets will have to be shipped through and the time/ammonia build up in the bag... then you will get more than bang for your buck w SaltWaterFish.com. However, they are shipping live tropical goods so account the occasional questionalable specimen and do your homework into all factors that may influence a successful shipment ahead of time.

I got the 🐟 really fast! They all were in good shape.

The items purchased were gorgeous. Some did not make it sadly. I think it would be better if items were shipped to my house instead of the FedEx near me . It was a long ride🤐🤐

So I originally gave them one star for an issue that I had with some pricing however After posting this I was contacted by the support team and they quickly righted the wrong. Although I was happy the mistake was fixed I was still a little skeptical about the company. Then when there was a slight discrepency with my order, I called them and they immediately righted to wrong going above and beyond my expectation. I understand that they are a large company and sometimes you can have some things go wrong, but they definitely know how to fix the issue. I dealt with Mary by the way. I will continue to shop with saltwater.com

Hello, If you would, please reach out to our customer service manager via [email protected] and we will make sure the price is honored. We do change our deals regularly, but we always take care of our customers and it is possible this was cut short from the discussion you had. We apologize.

Fish came in healthy and aclimated well. Customer service was decent, my shipment was delayed a week because Naso Tang didn’t pass inspection.
