SWF has always treated me fairly and honestly. I was especially impressed with the quality of their live product and their shipping and freebie offers. I have been a customer for several years and the single time I needed it, they fully honored their quarantee.

I was debating between 3 and 4 stars. I stuck with 4 stars because the company did not wrong me. But I was pretty surprised by the collection of crabs and snails. Out of 60 I would say half or more were TINY. When I say tiny I mean about half to a third of a pinky nail size. Had I known this I would have gotten less or spent more elsewhere to get better sizes. The company should be vigilant in their description so customers know exactly what they are getting. I had no issues with shipping, website use, packing etc. Please adjust your descriptions so customers are not deceived.

so far so good !!! last batch came healthy and fast and i got a free bubble tip. it was a bunch of clean up crew critters and i was presently surprised to see they were a decent size . i ordered a bunch of fish this time and im excited to pick them up .
