The livestock was healthy and acclimated well. The packaging was sufficiently done. The octopus was significantly smaller than expected, which can be great if you get a juvenile, or not so great, if you get a pygmy expecting a more sizable species. That's just the nature of ordering an octopus though.

Their customer service is exceptional. They respond to you via email & text when there is an issue. They try to solve issues quickly so your shipment can get out on time.

Easy and simple to navigate, with many choices in every aspect to choose from. Great assortment and the sale Prices make it even better and like the freebies that come with it.

Good looking stuff!

Purchasing was quick and easy and I found exactly what I was looking for. Depending on how well my package is recived(packaging, cracks,on time or not) will make the final decision if I return for more purchases.

It's ok some come good and some come dead and it's hard to get your money back sometimes

Nice service

I paid for 10:30 a.m. delivery so that i would have enough time to properly acclimate my fish before going to work but it didn’t arrive until 10:54 which put me behind schedule especially since the fish I ordered was not in great shape when it arrived and needed a careful, slow acclimation to survive when moved to the tank.
