About Salesmsg

Salesmsg is two-way business texting and calling built directly into the tools your team already runs on. Unlike bolt-on integrations, Salesmsg lives natively inside HubSpot and Salesforce, so you can text and call contacts, trigger campaigns from workflows, and log every conversation automatically without leaving your CRM. It is the top-rated SMS and calling platform on the Salesforce AppExchange, trusted by sales, support, and revenue teams to reach customers where they actually respond.Teams use Salesmsg to follow up on inbound leads in seconds, send appointment reminders, run SMS and MMS campaigns, recover missed calls, and keep every conversation in one shared inbox. Your whole team can text from a single business number, on desktop and mobile, with full visibility into who said what.Where most texting apps stop at sending messages, Salesmsg is built for teams that need to move fast and stay compliant. HIPAA mode protects every conversation with encryption, full audit trails, session controls, and a signed BAA. An independently audited SOC 2 Type II certification, TCPA and 10DLC support, double opt-in, and automated opt-out management keep you on the right side of the law as you scale.Add AI agents that respond to inbound leads, qualify contacts, and book meetings around the clock, and you have a platform that turns conversations into pipeline.
