Fantastic rice cooker. Very well packed. Only wish instructions were in English also, but we used google translate, so no problem.

I ordered a medium pot and got an extra small in a different pattern than I had ordered. I had to take it to the post office, but they did refund my money

thank you for your great review!
It was not delivered to me because I was not at home. I had to go to the post office to retrieve it. It is really inconvenient that you require a signature. The product itself was of course what promised. Really happy about it. Well packaged.

Our aim is to provide you with a reliable and seamless shopping experience. Thank you for choosing SAKE.treat, and we look forward to serving you again in the future. Warm regards,
