Had an issue getting my inverter to access overnight lower cost electricity to fill my battery during the night. One call later with Larry from technical and the issue was sorted. Absolute legend.

I have over 3 years experience of a domestic system using SAJ batteries and inverter, combined with solar panels and an EV car. There were significant initial problems caused by inadequately trained installers from another company. SAJ Support Engineers were outstanding in quickly identifying the problems and personally rectifying them at no cost. This included significant times at my house out of normal hours to fix the hardware installation. Subsequently, their engineer Larry Aare has helped further by recommending a good installation company for an extra battery and then setting the SAJ control App to optimise my battery cycling. I now have a system that is providing all my domestic power, including water heating plus EV charging at approximately zero annual cost. I wish all companies gave this level of efficient service and ongoing support. Dave B
