I'm owed $595 in incentives that have been processing for over a month. Why does it take over a month to issue an incentive???

I did a task with them in early February. I'm still waiting to redeem my points. SAGO is the worst company to do focus group or any task with. I have done focus group and other tasks with other companies and get paid right away. Not only SAGO take forever to redeem the points they don't response to email. All you get is a generic email. No human answer the phone. My question is they get paid right away by the sponsor company so why not pay the participant right away too. What are you doing with the money you got paid? They should not be in this business any more.

They don´t even pay their partners... You better stay away. It´s a scam!

Sago is the worst company ever i did two surveys April 1 and April 2 150.00 and 350.00 dollars and I still haven't got paid yet don't do any surveys with them you will regret it

Their payment system is awful. Now their virtual gift cards can no longer be used in PayPal. I used to just put them in my PayPal wallet and send myself the money. But now you’re only allowed to spend it at merchants to buy things. It was so much better when you could get a physical card with ATM access or send the money through PayPal to your bank account. Not to mention you wait months for payment that’s way too long to wait for just a regular gift card. They need to go back to paying with cards that you can withdraw cash from at the ATM. I think most people would rather have cash than a gift card. Now I have $700 in a gift card that I can’t put in my bank account. It’s just not worth doing studies with them anymore.

Completed a study over two months ago, and still no incentive. Was supposed to be 140 amazon e-gift card but it has been in processing for over a month. Virtual incentives should take no more than a few hours to process. No response from customer service. Worst focus group to deal with and should be reported to BBB immediately and shut down.
