The service they provide simply doesn’t work. I bought a one-month Neverlose subscription and it doesn’t work. I asked for a refund and they told me to contact Neverlose, but Neverlose isn’t replying either. If I’d just spent those 35 euros, at least I’d be warm. I’ve also contacted support—they mark my messages as ‘seen’ but don’t reply. It’s as if they’re not in their right minds. Please process my refund urgently.

Hello, We're sorry your experience felt frustrating. Our records show your NeverLose subscription was delivered and activated, but we agree the communication took longer than it should have, and we apologize for that. If anything about your subscription is still unresolved, please contact us at [email protected] or open a ticket on our Discord and we will sort it out. The Safe Market Team
I never had any problems with my saton purchases before, but this time, even though I bought it, hours passed, I wrote to Gmail Discord, there was no minister, it said on hold, and the money was withdrawn.

Hello Alperen, We're sorry for the wait you experienced. Some orders are briefly placed "on hold" by our automatic fraud checks, and in your case our replies clearly did not reach you as fast as they should have - we apologize for the worry this caused. Your payment is never lost in this process: every held order is either delivered or fully refunded. Please email [email protected] with your order number, or open a ticket on our Discord, and we will resolve it right away. The Safe Market Team
I bought a cheat key with paysafecard on their Discord, but the owner is taking forever to respond and won't give me the cheat key even though he's already taken the money

Hello, We're sorry about the delay you describe. Paysafecard orders on Discord are checked and delivered manually, which can take longer than card payments on our website - but no paid order is ever left unfulfilled: it is always either delivered or refunded. If you still have not received your key, please open a ticket on our Discord or email [email protected] with your payment details, and we will deliver your key or issue a refund straight away. I will be honest, after i buyed something and didnt receive it i was scared i might have to buy it another time, but when i opened my ticket and typed my problem within 10 minutes owner helped me instantly. So i am rating it 5/5. It was because fast delivery, fast help with my problem. I cant wait to buy something again from this site. I hope this helps somebody.

I do not recommend this site because I bought a mod menu for RDR2 and did not receive any key. I submitted a ticket and sent proof of purchase showing that I had paid, but a little later they closed the ticket for no reason.

Hello Bill, We're sorry to read this - paid orders are never intentionally left undelivered. Tickets on our Discord close automatically after a period of inactivity, which may be what happened here; they are never closed to avoid delivering a product. Please email [email protected] with your proof of purchase and the email address you used at checkout. We will locate the order and either deliver your key or refund you in full. The Safe Market Team
