The bag is not what it looked like when I re dived the item. They have a 30 day return policy, so I quickly contacted them to get a return label and credit my account. I am getting the run around with this company. Dora’s last comment was would I keep the bag and receive $10.00 in cash. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I want to return this item DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM ARTISTS

Dear Cyndi Spears, we are sorry for your unpleasant purchase experience. For us, we hope that customers can keep the bag since it is not easy to make a bag and deliver the bag to our customer. But all decisions will be respected in S-ZONE. If customers say they do not need the bag and want to get a refund, we will send the return address to them. Your order has been refunded on 13 January after we received the returned bag. If you have any other questions about the refund, please feel free to contact us. We will respond to you within 24h.
