Not great
Overall, my experience with these pods was not great. The pods are compact and don't take a lot of space. When I initially reached out to inquire about their pods they mentioned that if they didn't produce fruit, a replacement would get sent. That policy must no longer be honored, since they didn't replace my most recent pod that became contaminated. It isn't clear if the contamination came from the syringe I used or their pods, but I wish they would have honored the replacement policy they stated early in the buying process.

We’re glad you successfully grew mushrooms with RyzaPods and appreciate that you’d consider using them again! Regarding our replacement policy, we cover issues on our end, but contamination can come from multiple sources once inoculated. This is why we sell in 2-packs of RyzaPods at a time—so that if one encounters contamination, the entire grow isn’t lost. It sounds like that approach helped in this case! If you’d like any guidance for future grows, we’re happy to help—feel free to reach out. Best, Ryza Support
