Product was as advertised, love the ambiance it ads to my living room fire Place.

Love the fireplace, easy to install and looks great. I broke the remote and their support was very fast and helped me out.

Beautiful flames, great heat, radid delivery.

I felt really good about buying this little stove, from the moment I open the box. there was packed in snugly, wonderful directions solid little piece and I enjoy it immensely. I do not find that the heat is significant.. you really do need to be in front of it (as was expected with an infrared).

Love this fireplace 🙌🏼 it is exactly what I was looking for and the perfect size ! It was easy to assemble: all pieces included, all holes lined up perfectly, no scratches on the wood! Flame looks real and the unit produces great heat! I often have to turn the heat down 🙌🏼 I am very, very happy with this purchase!

We are very happy with this fireplace. It looks great and the flames and logs are very realistic. It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My only complaint ( be it very small) is that it ships in 2 different packages. If they had arrived on the same day there would be no complaint at all.
