We enjoyed the friendliness, organization, knowledgeable, well-mannered employee and staff. All our questions were addressed. We were very pleased with positive experience.

When ordering the website stated they had 5 in stock. Not true. After several days after they charged my card I contacted customer service to find out it was back ordered. No expected ship date. After 2 more weeks I contacted customer service again for status. 4 word answer. No expected ship date. Why show something in stock when it’s not and why do I have to be the one to contact them?

I haven't used RV Part Shop yet. I have it stored so when I need a part a part I can.
