#1. We will not order again from you, we recieved ac unit and we were given wrong numbers not your fault we spent $882. With shipping and it was never taken out of the box and attempted to return it NO IT CAN'T HAPPEN THEY SAID, so we are stuck with this unit we can't use!! #2. We purchased "brains" for our thermostat to run new ac unit that we tried returning! and fought with returns department and still haven't received our money, its a joke to physically talk to someone there its all done by email, the worst retail for specific items experience ever, we ate $600 for the ac unit that we cant use Pathetic and heartless Company

Always seem to have the parts that are needed and shipping/receiving is relatively quick.
