Need a better tracking system. I was unable to track shipment after it left the warehouse. However it arrived on time. Delivered was very friendly, professional and helpful.

Quick shipping will gladly order again next year. Being as the RV covers only last one year.

I placed an order with them and told them that I don't get mail at the house except by UPS or Fedex. If USPS was going to be used then send to PO Box. They didn't even read the notes. I have sent numerous emails and have not recieved anything. It has been a month. THEY SUCK!! I am going to my bank and have funds reversed and let the bank handle the fraud claim. If they charge my card again, I will make a personal trip to Kentucky and teach them JERKS a lesson. I will show them not to mess with a redneck and his gang of friends. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CREEPS, THEY ARE A RIP OFF!! In fact I called their number several times and it was disconnected. I think it is a bunch of crooked yankees running the place!!

I received my Safe T Alert alarm, in no time at all. The whole process was quick and reliable. I got follow emails about my order, possible delays due to the virus, when it was shipped and that it had been delivered. Apparently this item is hard to find, not a problem with this company. We can sleep well at night now knowing we are covered by this alarm. thanks for great service! Steve
