Product came damaged by the shipping company. Still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Only contact through email makes this a very slow and drawn out process.

Great price, and fast shipping! Had my new air conditioning unit in 2 days. Will order from them again.

Only 3 stars because of lack of communication after the sale as far as when my order would be shipped and who it was being shipped by Or even a tracking number. In fact I received my order today and still haven’t received a email

Took forever. Had to text back and forth with customer service. What could have been done over the phone in 5 minutes took a day and half by text. I gave them my nimber and still wouldn’t call me. Paid for quick ship. It cost an extra $63. I received part 6 days later.

Unit arrived within a few days and was in great shape! RV Parts Country has a culture of great communication.

Delivered on time. Just as good as the old one.
