i will call you monday am .. i thought i ordered 2 pieces ?? only the penguin II came ... no instructions. no mounting hardware. where is the inside cover ?? air distribution box.and now i see it requires a t-stat. crap trucking company was very nice ..

Damage exposed when box of AC unit opened. Ordered a Dometic 13500 BTU Duo Therm Brisk II but received a Dometic Brisk II Evolution 13,500 BTU. Asked what the difference was and they chose to refer me to the manufacturer. Why the swap? Was it damaged before shipping?

My Roof top Air condition arrived in. Three days! Faster than a letter would have. I got the AC into the roof and took out of package. Everything looks great! I hook it up this afternoon. I recommend this company for its prompt delivery of purchased items.
