This was for a motor cover for my Carefree Altitude awning that had somehow fell off. New part was difficult to find on the Carefree site and was expensive. However, part fit perfectly when it arrived. No tracking information was provided with the order, luckily it arrived on the day we departed and was a quick install.

Good Afternoon Shawn, We are sorry to hear that you received the incorrect part and were unhappy with the service we provided. We have not received any emails from you regarding this. We would be happy to help you if you could give us some more information. The item you should have received is a motor cover kit for the Longitude awning arms. If you do not have the longitude arms (PN:87JVAP), this will not fit. Can you please send us an email ([email protected]) with more information so that we can get this issue resolved quickly? Thank you! ~RV Carefree Customer Support Team
There isn't a phone number to contact someone about returns and procedures. I am stuck with 2 parts I cannot use. I need the money I paid for them.
