Customer service was amazing. They contacted the manufacturer of my motorhome to make sure that we got the correct part. Shipping was very fast.

I couldn't reach customer service by phone, but they were quick to respond via email. Answered my questions and found the correct replacement part for me. Shipped the next day and I had it two days after placing the order. Very good performance.

Taylor Hennessy has been a great help in ordering my new awning replacement due to wind damage. Thank you :)

Customer support team was very helpful in getting me the correct part (btw - the web site is not that helpful). Great job!

Great service,

Salesperson made sure I was purchasing the correct items for my awning, which is an older unit

The website made it fairly easy to find parts, but Taylor was great! She took the time to look at my photos and confirmed all of the parts I thought I needed to order were correct. When the parts arrived they had instruction with them. The experience was good from start to finish.

Product was exactly as described. It shipped hours after I ordered. Ordering was simple and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this site for your RV needs.
