My order was cancelled without explaination. I tried calling many times with the same recorded "we are busy" response. I left contact information, emailed, and used thier online customer service to no avail. Never got any responses (at all). Do not use this company, they will rip you off.

Bought an rv awning controller. The part is faulty. 19 emails over a month. still have not been able to get a shipping return label and my money back. do not buy from this store

Troy, we understand your frustration with the warranty process, but we would like to clarify that the delays and additional information requests referenced in this review are part of Lippert's manufacturer warranty process, not a refusal by RV & Auto Parts to assist you. Since the controller was installed and subsequently reported as defective, this is a manufacturer warranty claim rather than a standard return. Our staff has remained in communication with you and has continued submitting the information requested for the claim. In fact, the numerous emails referenced in your review include our team's ongoing communication and follow-up while working to obtain warranty authorization. The additional photos, RV information, identification information, and most recently the awning arm measurements were requested as part of the manufacturer's warranty review. We cannot control those requirements or issue a manufacturer warranty determination ourselves. We understand that the process is frustrating, but we don't believe the review accurately reflects the service provided by RV & Auto Parts. We have continued assisting with the claim and will continue doing so until we receive a determination. You may also contact Lippert directly if you would prefer to pursue the manufacturer's warranty directly.
We ordered a fuel pump and paid extra for UPS 3–5 day shipping, but it was sent via USPS instead. What should have arrived within a week has now taken over a month—and we still have not received the item. We’ve made multiple calls to customer service with no answer, left voicemails with no response, and sent emails that have also gone unanswered. At this point, we’ve spent nearly $700 on a part we don’t have and can no longer use, as the project it was needed for is already complete. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend purchasing from another vendor. If negative stars were an option, I would use them. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Hi Laura, we’re sorry for the frustration. To clarify, this order was shipped to Alaska using the service selected at checkout, which was UPS Ground rather than an expedited service. While the package was in transit, you requested cancellation, but once an order has already shipped, we are unable to stop or cancel it mid-transit. After that, you let us know you still wanted the product and did not want to return it. We understand the delay was frustrating, but we did continue to communicate the available options based on the shipment status. We always want customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible, and we’re sorry this delivery did not meet expectations.
I ordered a trailer part expecting delivery by a certain date because I needed to use the trailer by then. A few days before it was supposed to arrive, I checked on the order and found that not only was it not shipped, they canceled the order without notifying me.

We’re sorry for the frustration. Orders are not canceled lightly, and when a cancellation does happen it is typically because the item became unavailable, was backordered, or there was another issue preventing us from fulfilling it as expected. We understand how disappointing that is, especially when you were counting on the part by a certain date. We do apologize if the notification was missed or did not reach you in time. That is never the experience we want for our customers, and we understand the inconvenience this caused.
The customer service is horrendous (actually, non-existent). Ordered and received a part for our trailer (kitchen faucet). Part started leaking shortly after install. for months I tried to contact customer service via email, chat, phone. No response whatsoever. Do not order from this company.

We also apologize if you did not receive a timely response while trying to reach us. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. We do care about our customers and regret that this situation left you with a different impression of our company.
Sent wrong part. Kept asking for shipping label and SKU number. Neither were shipped with or on the product. Through email they more or less said I was stupid and dont know what I was ordering. They need to get it together, I've used that part # many times and what they sent isn't what I received. Good day to you crooks!

Hi Thomas, We’re sorry to hear this was frustrating. We requested photos and part details to verify the issue, and our review showed that the part shipped matched the part number ordered. Because of that, we are not able to cover return shipping when the incorrect part was ordered by the customer. We appreciate your feedback.
They simply cancelled my order of oil becasue they didn't want to honor the lower price.

Hi Scooby, We’re sorry for the frustration. Orders are not canceled to avoid honoring pricing. When a cancellation occurs, it is typically due to an inventory issue, supplier availability problem, or another fulfillment issue that prevents the order from being completed as expected. We understand how disappointing that is, especially when an order was placed at a price you expected to receive, and we regret the inconvenience.
Broken part was delivered. Went to return part and they won't process the return. Going on a month without it being resolved. Won't return calls. Buyer beware.
