It worked as promised the first month, and then customer service disappeared. Getting ahold of these folks is impossible. They don't reply to emails or cherry pick what emails they answer.

This plan worked as advertised for the first billing cycle, but as soon as i paid for a second month, the service stopped completely & the customer support vanished. No response to phone calls, voicemails, or emails. I had to go through my bank to get a refund for non-delivery of services.
