Love all the paints and products!! I had a malfunctioning can and reached out to Rustoleum's customer service and they responded promptly. They sent me replacement cans for free! Great company and great service! Keep it up Rustoleum!!

When you buy a product like Rust-Oleum it’s because of quality. As a DIYer I prefer first pass quality and have used Rust-Oleum coatings over the years. My latest use involves a failure to launch. Brand new can of primer and nothing sprays out. It shakes, can hear the ball, and has the weight of a full can, but nothing. Second can worked perfectly. Called Rust-Oleum customer support. Agent on phone asked for batch and lot number, my address and said he will send a check for a replacement. Received a check in the mail and week later. Now that Customer support. Customer for life.

False advertising - I ordered and paid for paint with free 24 hour delivery. I paid higher price for paint as I wanted it fast. I got email from fedex saying it would be delivered by 6 pm next day if received from company. I got email from company saying my order was not a contract until they wrote to me or paint was delivered. 2 days later I’ve had neither. FedEx tracking shows they haven’t received paint to deliver. I have asked for a refund. Now told delivery 5th May ( 6 days) I could have had it 2nd for less money. 😡

Don't Buy From Them I ordered 2 cans of varathane poly+stain from Amazon and the cans do not spray out the material. So I asked varathane for some advice on how to resolve this and I have been completely ignored twice. This company doesn't have enough integrity to get back to customers. I will never purchase anything from varathane again.

The chalky floorpaint looked lovely - until it began to scuff and peel. When I reported this the first time there was little response and no suggestion as to what to do, so I repainted (not easy in a kitchen). When this too cracked up I wrote again and was virtually told 'tough luck!'. I then filled in the 'How did we do?' questionnaire explaining my disappointment with the product. After reading 'We're always looking to improve, so would be grateful if you could give us any feedback' I hoped for feedback from them, but nothing. This is a company that does not care.

I ordered dusky pink bathroom paint because it looked gorgeous on the pics. However it was more like hot pink. Silly me carried on and painted the whole room hoping it might lighten as it dries. Nope definitely HOT PINK. Now have to buy paint to cover and another lot of paint for lighter shade. I am new to diy so rookie mistake on my end. Gutted and so disappointed 😞
