Would have preferred one tech throughout the tuneup process... However I was very satisfied with the results. And I didn't have the communication issues that come with trying to understand someone from India miserably trying to speak English...

Was really hoping to resolve this in a friendly manner as they took advantage of an 87 year old that knows nothing about computers. Sold her on $500 worth of services that were just purchased through Best Buy within the last four months. Shame on you all.. Too bad looks like a decent company that normally makes good business decisions.
