Been a customer for several years now. I recommend them to every one I know. they monitor my computer and clean it up every 3 months. They call me to clean up. It is so much easier to have them remotely access my computer when there is a problem than having to take the computer all apart, drop it off at a store, wait several days, go back to store to pick up, re-hook up computer, and hope the problem was indeed fixed. Plus it costs about the same. They have notified me that someone was trying to hack my computer and made sure nothing was introduced that shouldn't be. They worked on my sister's computer on my account when I couldn't fix it for her As a result, she is now being monitored by them as well. I can't say enough good things about Rush Tech Support. They are there 24/7 with help whenever I need it. I can get help 24/7 360 days a year as many times as i need help for one yearly fee. Well worth the money!!!
