Siddhant, three days of that would frustrate anyone, especially when you're paying along the way. We want to understand exactly what happened on your account. Email [email protected] with your account email, endpoint ID, GPU type, and roughly when this occurred, and we'll look into it.

Hello, thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're sorry to hear about these issues. We understand how frustrating it is to hit random errors on your serverless endpoints and model cache problems with the worker vLLM template, especially when the network storage workaround doesn't cover all regions and you're unable to test a baked Docker image without GPU access. We'd like to dig into your specific case. Could you reach out to us at [email protected] with your account email, the affected endpoint ID, the GPU type, and roughly when you saw these errors? We'll have someone investigate right away. Best regards, Runpod
