Reasonably responsive to my issue with a broken unit. Went through a series of steps to try and correct the issue. Which could not be repaired and required a new motor assembly. The was cost, but they discounted the cost.

I installed the chicken run door. I have had several issues with it. It does not close properly at night. When using my phone to shut it I have to hit the close button several times for it to completely shut. I have changed the batteries and watched all the videos on the door and have installed it properly and it still is not working how it should. When checking the return policy, it stated the product can not be returned unless it was unused, and sent back in with original package. I find this to be unfair as most product allow you a refund if not satisfied with the product within a reasonable time period.

This is my second door purchased for new coop I have tried others but nothing compares these. Great product.and great service.

The door glitches a lot and eventually stoped working, which was a real inconvenience at night time when I had no way to shut the door

We love the run, Chicken. This is our second one as we set up a second coop. The first one is still going strong at 3+ years. This new one is neat and not it works with Bluetooth. The only potential downside is that there is not a button to press on The coop to shut it so you need to have your phone with you to be able to open and close it. It is a potential downside and not sometimes my husband or kids have to let the chickens in or out for different reasons. However, the benefit might be that it’s one loss area being exposed to water outside so will probably not break down as much. I do like the phone connection option though. I think they have one that you can also use wirelessly, but I don’t remember. The one I got you have to be within range of the door to use it. If we need more doors, we will definitely be using them. I’m glad I discovered them from a Chicken group on Facebook. Because this saves us from opening and closing their coop. So now it’s much easier to leave and go on vacation. As we just have family come to make sure they have food or water. Now they don’t have to come twice a day to let them in or out.

Easy set up, delivery and works great so far

Service has been amazing, delivery is quick and products have arrived with no issues. We LOVE these Run chicken doors, we know own 2 giant doors and 4 of their regular doors. They make life so much easier

Very simple design for the cost. Quality product but no WiFi options or ability to open close from a distance more than 30 ft is very inconvenient. Small opening for standard chickens
