Excellent customer service. Brittany was extremely helpful in answering all my questions & concerns. Have been searching many months to find the the right rug for our family room. Can't wait to enjoy the look of it. Thanks Rug Studio, Deb Radigan

I haven't yet received my rug, so I can't give 5 stars. So far, I'm very happy with the price and customer service.

Love the option to choose rugs by so many different color shades. I wish that it would zoom in to a little closer look at the rugs. This site is very user friendly.
