I have been wanting a Surya Alameda by Beth Lacefield for a year and have been waiting for it to go on sale or find best price...finally found it at Rugs HQ! Seriously, RugsHQ takes customers seriously by incentivizing our dollars!

I needed a rug for our bedroom and I shopped around a lot for the best price. I found it on RugsHQ.com. Same rug for a LOT less. Easy to use website. Great shopping experience!

We had our eye on a rug and had been looking at it for over a year. We were ready to buy it and it turned out to be discontinued even though it was still up on the website. Talked to customer service and they offered me 20 % off on another rug. This made for a good customer experience and we couldn't be happier!

Thank you for leaving your review. It would appear that the star rating was intended to be 5 stars, but was incorrectly selected perhaps since you were on your mobile device. We really would appreciate if you could return to the website to update your review.
I found the perfect rug for my closet on another website and it was sold out. I was able to find the same rug with a great price at RugsHq.com. It was a great find!

I just ordered a rug which I have not gotten yet. They give you a credit if you review them before you get your rug. 2 choices on delivery: fast and very fast- but it does not say how "fast" either one is. Everything was great! They are super good about following up after the sale.

I can't report on the product, the shipping, or the customer service since I only just ordered my item. However, the checkout experience was very easy, and I was happy with the price. So far, so good!
