I found RugsHQ.com to have some of the best prices for rugs on the Web, including free shipping, and their website was one of the most thorough. I could find everything I was looking for, in all color options and sizes, from many of the top rug makers in the world. I am a repeat customer.

One of the easiest shopping experiences ever! And great prices too!

My purchase experience went very well with RugsHQ. I just placed the order and haven't received the rugs yet so I cannot comment on the delivery process. I have previously purchased from other online rug sites but they did not have the stock of the rug I was interested in so I discovered RugsHQ and had a nice experience.

Had no issues with using website. However, they do need to provide more shipping details (example: delivery date for free shipping as compared to delivery date for 'very fast' $25 shipping).
