The hat is fantastic little big on me but nothing that couldn’t be adjusted. I got skin cancer of the cranium and this hat covers my skin and my neck and it’s very stylish cooking. It is very well made. You will not regret it.

Hat / order is still hung up in UPS Limbo. My hat was available about 2 weeks ago, but some last minute, unexpected delivery charge popped up to jam up my taking possession of my order. So I sit, and WAIT! The delivery charge I'm told has been paid, but my order still lingers in a UPS Facility. Thus I SIT AND WAIT! Ask me to do a review AFTER I finally receive my order 😡!

UPDATE 2 I received my hat in the correct size and I love it. Good fit and good quality. This turned out to be a good buy after all after the initial "hiccups" with the order which the company cleared up and MADE RIGHT 👍🏾. Thank you Ruediger for being a company that can be trusted in a day and age where many small businesses don't have a great reputation. UPDATE!! The company reached out to me apologizing for the internal issues they were having. Small business. Changes in operations. Ok... They fully refunded my purchase and offered me a FREE hat in the size I originally ordered.. once I receive the hat I will post a follow up review. But it makes me happy that this company wanted to make this right!! Horrible!!! I am still waiting, weeks later, for a refund on wrong hat sent. No communication since I returned the hat. Shop at your own risk

Horrible experience, I placed my order in april, never received any shipping information or updates, reached out through email multiple times and the one email they sent back essentially said that they lost the package and have no idea what happened to it, never resolved the issue or even attempted to, I’m currently trying to get a chargeback, terrible customer service and never even received the product. Stay away from this company

Purchased hat on 1 May. Husband birthday (16 May) is today I left in mailing packaging as delivered. While he unwrapped box was damaged and hat seems to be a return not packaged like others spots on hat and inside liner is distorted need to return for exchange (new). Shipping was quick that was the plus but disappointing since it was a bday gift. Sent message to company awaiting response
