Thank you for sharing this. We're sorry the results weren't what you hoped for. For rugs with significant pre-existing staining, we discuss upfront that some stains may brighten but may not fully come out. Certain stains can become permanent over time depending on the fiber and what caused them. We wish the outcome had been different and appreciate you trusting us with your rug.
