Hey there, Jerry! 👑 A big win right out of the gate is a great way to start. Thanks for the recommend! 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team
Its definitely a rigged system. Idk how its 4 stars. I cant get to 100 to redeem. Just up and down. I play on a variety if different sites and have better luck on a 3 star site. Id stick to a site you have had luck on cause u wont get it here. Stuck 60sc thru on game doing min bet finally hit a bonus and got nothing in return. Not even .50 cents. Im done with this site for sure

Hey there! 👑 We can't let a claim stand that positive reviews here aren't real; plenty of players have genuinely good experiences with us, and we also run legitimate security reviews on accounts that show suspicious activity, which some people understandably don't love. The details you submitted in response to our request aren't something we can act on. If you have an actual account issue with RubyChips specifically, [email protected] is where to bring it. 💎 The RubyChips Team
This is my second 5 star review. I have had 2 redemptions and both were processed the same day they were requested. Super fast redemptions. Very impressive considering other platforms in my experience do not redeem as quick.

Hey Beth! 👑 Two redemptions, both processed same-day — that consistency is exactly what we're chasing. Thanks for coming back to say so. 💎 The RubyChips Team

Hey Clint! 👑 Legit and loved, with room to speed up the payout side — fair note, and one we're working on. Thanks for sticking with us. 💎 The RubyChips Team

Hey Marcus! 👑 Accounts can get flagged during our verification review if something in the checks comes back irregular, and restricting access in that case is within our rights under our Terms & Conditions. We know that's a hard thing to hear after a big win. No account details came through with this review, so please contact [email protected] to get specifics on your case. 💎 The RubyChips Team
No bonuses for deposits and the games don't hit after your first deposit over a$400 in 2-3 games and not 1 bonus round and that's not an exaggeration you have to do better rtp is way off and bonuses are few and far in between

Hey there, Rick! 👑 As a regulated social casino, our bonus structure and game math sit within specific limits, and we can't adjust those on a case-by-case basis — everything is laid out in our Terms & Conditions. We appreciate you sharing the feedback either way. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team
Won 100 dollars on Friday. Got verified, then got email sent letting me know that they needed bank statement, a picture of my credit and another on of me holding the card. Come Monday morning they canceled my withdrawal withoutany notification or email. Terrible way yo keep new customer's.

Hey there, Francisco! 👑 Extra document requests like a bank statement and card photo are part of the security checks we're allowed to run under our Terms & Conditions, and we know that's not always fun to hear right after a win. Let's keep things civil here. If this is still unresolved, please follow up with [email protected] so it gets a proper look. 💎 The RubyChips Team
I am having the worst time on this site, putting countless money in with no bonuses I mean not even a tease if I ever do get a bonus it’s pays so little maybe it’s just me but I am having the worst Luck. Support is quick to respond but these slots do seem really rigged..just take caution

Hey Talen! 👑 Every spin on RubyChips operates under certified fair-play math, where individual sessions can run hot or cold with complete randomness. We appreciate the shout-out for our prompt support response. We understand how frustrating dry spells feel, but all members play under the exact same odds. Wishing you a better turn of luck when you next spin the reels. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The RubyChips Team
