Pretty typical online casino, they have a good variety of slots and I have yet to see any shady practices from them.

Hard to get bonus

Hey there, Lisa! 👑 We're sorry rewards have felt hard to come by. Feature rounds land at random during play, and each of our offers comes with its own terms, which can make them feel out of reach at times. If there's a specific offer you expected to receive, reach out to support and they can check your account. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The Rubychips Team

Fantastic platform and super fast payouts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I played on Ruby Chips last night and absolutely love their platform and game selection! Best of all, I won money, requested a redemption, and they cashed me out in less than 24 hours. Their fast payouts are incredible and I love this site. Highly recommend!

Hey there! 👑 Thanks for taking a moment to leave five stars. Glad your redemption went smoothly. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The Rubychips Team
I've only been using this platform for a week but thus far my experiences have been good. I've made 3 decent redemption. The 1st one was fast after the verification process. The 2nd one was fast but not as fast as the 1st one because they wanted some extra verification to prevent fraud and to protect my account. The 3rd one was the fastest of them all because it only took 1-2 hours to hit my debit card. They have some decent games but anyone that plays on the platform just has to find their favorites and what works best for them. I feel like the coin packages could be better in pricing and maybe also the tier levels rewards as far as the points required to make the next tier and the offered rewards. But that's just my opinion and to me they're better than other online sweep casinos that I patronize.

Hey there, Christopher! 👑 Three redemptions in your first week is great to see. That extra check on the second one is there to keep your account and coins secure, so thanks for your patience with it. We've also shared your thoughts on coin package pricing and the points needed for each tier with our team. Enjoy finding your favorites as you keep playing. 💎 Play Bold. Win Free. The Rubychips Team
