Exceptional Social Media AI Calendar for our Pediatric Practice!
We at Power Pediatrics have been using RTP Social Solution's Genie for over six months now and we can't recommend it highly enough. The impact it has had on our online presence and patient engagement is nothing short of remarkable. From the moment we first reached out to RTP Social Solution's team, we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Their customer service is simply exceptional. The team took the time to understand our practice's unique needs and to explain how Genie could help us fulfill them. One of the most remarkable things about Genie is how easy it is to use. Despite our staff having a wide range of technological literacy, everyone was able to get to grips with the platform in no time. The user interface is intuitive, clear, and efficient. This saved us countless hours that we were able to invest back into caring for our patients. We've seen a 200% increase in the audience reach and a 150% uptick in online interactions since we started using Genie. What's more, Genie's scheduling feature has proven to be a real game-changer for us. It allows us to plan our social media calendar weeks, even months in advance, and then sit back and let the platform take care of the rest. This feature alone has saved us countless hours and stress.
