Reliance Tax Group has been very professional. They have done what they said they would do, for one fee. They have continued to keep me up to date, as to what is going on. Reliance has helped me, even when the IRS came back with changes after we started the program. I am extremely satisfied with the Reliance Tax Group.

If you need help with the IRS, Reliance Tax Group is the best choice for your needs. I made some mistakes and ended up owing the IRS. Reliance Tax Group helped me deal with the IRS and made the process easier. The team at Reliance definitely did every thing needed to set up a plan with the IRS and stop the stress. I tried another firm first but i was just another number to them. Reliance Tax Group made me feel like they cared and were there for all my questions and needs.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AS THEY PULLED AL MY TAX PROBLEMS TOGETHER AN ADDRESSED MY PROBLEMS AN CONSERNS FROM THE START. I HAD STARTED WITH A DIFERENT COMPANY WHICH ONLY TOOK MY MONEY DID NOTHING FOR ME. THEY ARE AT THIS TIME TRYING TO NEGOTIATE SOME DISPUTES ON PENALTIES. I'M HOPING TO GET EVERY THING FINALIZED SOON.

The team at Reliance Tax Group was very professional and courteous. I had previously been with another group that I paid a lot of money and gotten zero results. RTG took my case and in a matter of a few months had a resolution. Now I can sleep easier with this resolution knowing that the problem is fixed. A big thank you to Jason, Elizabeth, Daleen, and Erica for working so hard to get my problem solved.

I was totally stressed trying to figure out how to handle my IRS tax debts from my small business. After hearing all kinds of horrible stories about the IRS I really needed help. I had spoken with many different companies in reference to my situation with no relief in site. At least that is what I thought, it wasn't until one late afternoon when I called Reliance Tax Group and spoke with a real live person (Jason) that is when I actually felt as if I could relax. He was professional and extremely polite . Never once did I feel intimidated like I had made a terrible mistake that couldn't be rectified. After telling him my story he immediately offered me help. Within a few days I was contacted by Elizabeth who worked with me diligently to get my tax problem resolved. We corresponded day in and day out sometimes during evening hours and over the week end, she was determine to get my tax problem resolved and she did in a short period of time. I went from paying $2600 per month to paying only $100 per month. Elizabeth even helped me to set up pre-payments so that I don't fall into this situation in the future. I strongly recommend this company because of their professionalism knowledge and determination to get your IRS problem resolved. Not to mention their cost is also affordable.Thank you deleen for always taking my payments over the phone.

After MANY sleepless nights and days of worry and stress, I realized that my tax issues were more than I could handle on my own. I talked to several companies before calling Reliance Tax Group, but always felt like I was being pressured and scared into signing with them immediately. This was not the case with Reliance Tax Group. From the very first time I called, Jason calmed my fears and answered any and all questions I asked. I hung up from that first call feeling hopeful for the first time in months. Elizabeth was the one that took my case after I decided to use them, and she is AWESOME! She responded to every phone call or email quickly, and if she ever sensed I was getting nervous or worried again from an email I sent, she would call me and put my mind at ease again. Elizabeth quickly went to work setting up an agreement I can live with and I am happy to say that my tax problems are settled and I can once again live without constant worry and fear. THANK YOU RELIANCE TAX GROUP!
